The team made us feel comfortable, heard and understood every single time we spoke to them! Every request we had, every email or meeting was met with kindness and professionalism. The venue itself is stunning, all aspects! The grounds and ponds especially! We loved the fishing, as that was my grandads hobby! He would have loved it! The food was unreal! So much we had extra desserts for us in the fridge in the cottage! The catering team were amazing with allergies and produced outstanding food! If you're looking for something a little bit different e.g. the Mill Room which has a very intimate and different background setting this place is perfect for you. Thank you so much Coltsford! Jo and her team were brilliant from start to finish — super responsive, calm, and so helpful in bringing our Venetian Masquerade theme to life in just a few hours. The venue is beautiful and intimate, with great on-site accommodation, and the in-house catering was outstanding (huge portions and lots of compliments from guests). Only minor note: the outdoor reception area isn’t fully covered in a sudden downpour. We’d absolutely recommend Coltsford Mill for an exclusive, special-feeling wedding day.

The ladies there were incredible in the planning, ideas and amazing input before the big day. We had the most fantastic day at Coltsford Mill - there are no negatives whatsoever. The lovely cottage, the photo opportunities, white gloved service, the wonderful food. I cannot recommend this venue enough - stunning in every way.  Absolutely no complaints! Nikki, Jo, Jan and all the team put such care and effort into the weddings it’s simply incredible. No request was too much! We felt at ease from start to finish and always felt that they were looking after worries in the background! Our incredible day would not have been possible without them! Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire planning process effortless and enjoyable. They were always on hand to offer support, advice, and reassurance, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They genuinely care about making your day special, and it shows in everything they do. The food was another standout element. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious – our guests are still talking about how amazing the meal was! From canapés to dessert, the quality and service were flawless. On the big day, everything ran like clockwork. The team coordinated everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. The layout of the venue flows perfectly, with space to celebrate, dine, and dance the night away.
