As the government aims to lift all social restrictions in England by late June, couples flock to book their romantic autumn wedding.
After a year of disappointments and setbacks for many couples, we were delighted to see hope for 2021 weddings in the government’s roadmap for our release from Covid-19 lockdown.
Coltsford Mill is the most stunning place to get married in Surrey, with our elegant barn wedding venue and 12 acres of beautiful grounds to explore. So, we weren’t surprised to be inundated with inquiries about late 2021 wedding dates, as soon as the plans for easing coronavirus restrictions in England were announced.
Availability for autumn 2021 weddings
If the last 12 months have taught us anything, it’s that nothing is guaranteed and that the pandemic situation can change at short notice. That’s why it’s important to manage expectations about how the easing plan will roll out in reality.
However, with the UK vaccination programme racing ahead, we feel there is plenty of room for optimism about late summer and autumn weddings. Lots of couples evidently feel the same way and we’re thrilled to have been chosen to host their special day.
If you would like to get married in 2021, at the time of writing we still have some availability for dates in October and November, including Saturdays. Don’t delay, though – these remaining dates won’t be available for long!
Are you flexible about the day of the week on which you marry? In that case, we can offer even more choice, with weekday wedding dates still available in the late summer and autumn this year.
While the coronavirus pandemic continues to unfold, we’ll work with you every step of the way to offer complete peace of mind and confidence in your booking.
